A statement from our CEO

Oxford PV strongly condemns the use of forced labour in solar photovoltaics supply chains. The manufacture of solar panels and their components must respect and uphold human rights. Violations of ethics and dignity must not be tolerated.

Oxford PV supports the European Commission’s initiative to eradicate forced labour from all supply chains by effectively banning products produced, extracted or harvested with forced labour, promoting decent work worldwide. We fully endorse the statement made by the International Thin-Film Solar Industry Association (PVthin), and we support and encourage the industry’s efforts to ensure the highest levels of transparency and sustainability throughout the solar value chain.

We pledge to continue to uphold strict transparency, accountability, and human rights standards in our own manufacturing and business practices. As we work towards making solar energy mainstream, we are committed to doing so to ensure we make a positive impact on people and communities.
